1. Get the client
Easy: CurseForge profile
RECOMMENDED- Install the free CurseForge app.
- Download the 0xA3 profile below.
- In CurseForge: Create Custom Profile, then Import, and pick the zip.
- Press Play. 0xA3 is already in your server list.
Includes Java 26.3 on Fabric 0.20.1, Simple Voice Chat, Sodium, Iris and the Complementary shaders (Unbound on by default; press K to toggle).
Manual: any launcher
- Run Minecraft: Java Edition 26.3. Newer clients also work.
- Multiplayer, Add Server, address mc.0xa3.co.za.
- Optional: add the Simple Voice Chat mod for proximity voice.
No voice mod? You can still play; you just won't hear anyone sneaking up on you.
2. Get whitelisted
- STEP ASign inWith Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Discord or an email link.
- STEP BAccept the rulesFour of them. It takes a minute.
- STEP CProve your accountEnter your Minecraft name, then try to join once within 10 minutes. We never ask for your password.
- STEP DYou're inWhitelisted. Link Discord too and you get the Player role there.
3. Survive your first night
- Spawn is a warzone. Run far before you build.
- Never share your coordinates. Not even with "friends".
- Hide your stash. Then hide the hiding place.
- Griefed? There are no rollbacks. Rebuild, or get even.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. You need your own Minecraft: Java Edition account; playing on 0xA3 costs nothing. The shop will only ever sell merch and cosmetics.
Are hacked clients really allowed?
Yes. Fly, x-ray, kill aura: in-game anything goes. Attacking the server itself (crashes, lag machines, exploits against the host) gets you banned.
Can Bedrock or cracked accounts join?
No. The server runs in online mode, so only genuine Java Edition accounts can connect.
My client is on an older version. Can I join?
Not at the moment. Use 26.3 or newer; the CurseForge profile sets this up for you.
Someone destroyed my base. Will you restore it?
No. There are no rollbacks and no refunds on an anarchy server. Rebuild smarter, or take revenge.
